Connie trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre school and Buckinghamshire college. He speaks Shona (a language of Zimbabwe) and his natural accent is R.P. Connie specialises in detailed accents, ranging all over Africa, America as well as regional accents from the UK. He is an excellent sportsman having represented clubs in football, rugby and swimming. Connie has basic dance knowledge of tap and jazz, he sings and has a basic ability on piano and violin.
